2. Tournament Rules and Regulations

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid government-issued identification required
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Professional poker player status verification may be required
• No history of tournament rule violations or cheating

2.2 Registration and Entry

• Tournament registration is by invitation only
• Entry fees must be paid in full before tournament start
• Registration deadlines are strictly enforced
• No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows
• Tournament capacity is limited and subject to availability

2.3 Game Rules

• Pot Limit Omaha (PLO) format as specified for each event
• Standard poker rules apply unless otherwise stated
• Tournament director decisions are final
• Collusion, cheating, or rule violations result in immediate disqualification
• Electronic devices are prohibited at tournament tables

3. Payment Terms and Conditions

3.1 Entry Fees and Payments

• All entry fees are non-refundable except as specified below
• Payment must be made in the currency specified for each tournament
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and approved digital payments
• Payment processing fees may apply and are non-refundable

3.2 Prize Distribution

• Prize pools are distributed according to published payout structures
• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on prizes
• Prize payments are processed within 30 days of tournament completion
• Identity verification required before prize distribution

3.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds only available if tournament is cancelled by organizers
• No refunds for player-initiated cancellations within 48 hours of start
• Force majeure events may result in tournament postponement or cancellation
• Refund processing may take 5-10 business days

4. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the following standards of conduct:

• Respectful behavior toward all participants, staff, and officials
• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Compliance with venue rules and regulations
• No use of prohibited substances or alcohol during play
• Maintenance of tournament integrity and fair play

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Global PLO Championship and its content are protected by intellectual property laws:

• All tournament names, logos, and branding are proprietary
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited
• Media rights and tournament footage belong to Global PLO Championship
• Participants may not use tournament content for commercial purposes without permission

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
